On the free plan, your services are disabled once you exhaust your limit. For all paid plans, if you consume more compute than your plan includes you'll be billed separately at a rate of €0.000000058/millisecond.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on your subscription. However, additional compute time is non-refundable. To request a refund, please contact our support team.

What is required for the 'Community Member'-tier?

The free compute time is unlocked through monthly activity in our Discord, which is to say posting messages or attaching reactions.
